About Us

Unseen Abilities is a neurodiversity-affirming skill development practice serving children and families throughout the Fox Cities. Founded and led by Jordan Ollech, Unseen Abilities provides child-led, relationship-centered support that prioritizes connection over compliance and understanding behavior as communication. Unseen Abilities is here to celebrate the small wins that do not make headlines but make the world of a difference for our clients and their families.

We specialize in daily living skills development including emotional regulation, social, communication, and self-help skills. Services are individualized and delivered through play-based, strengths-focused approaches that honor each child’s authentic self while empowering families with practical, sustainable strategies with our additional parent coaching service.

Unseen Abilities partners closely with caregivers, recognizing that meaningful progress happens through collaboration, consistency, and compassion. In addition to one-on-one services, we host inclusive community events such as monthly sensory-friendly “Fun Fridays,” creating safe spaces for connection, belonging, and growth for neurodivergent children and their families.
