(NEW) Emerging Leaders - Economic Growth STEM-ing From the Workforce of Tomorrow
Joshua McQuillan, STEM Coordinator from the Boys & Girls Club of the Fox Valley, will lead us in a discussion on STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) education and how it applies to the short term and long term growth of any organization. STEM education is critical for any organization to remain competitive, impacts the future workforce, and drives micro-/macro-economic growth.
Northeast Wisconsin (NEW) Emerging Leaders focuses on strengthening and expanding business connections and skills of all members, particularly those who are age 40 and under. Participants in the program will have a forum for networking with other emerging leaders in the community, enhance their interpersonal skills, bolster their community knowledge and be provided with additional professional education and information to help them expand their leadership roles. The goal for this group is professional and personal development.
