Estate Planning and Elder Law Seminar
Are you prepared for the “what if” in your life when it comes to your estate? If the answers is, “no”, then you should attend the free Estate Planning and Elder Law Seminar hosted by Citizens Bank – Kaukauna. The seminar will take place June 20 at 2 p.m. at Citizens Bank, 205 East 4th Street, Kaukauna.
Guest speaker Reg Wydeven of McCarty Law LLP will discuss the importance of estate planning and what you should do to prepare for retirement and beyond.
Estate planning includes developing a will to determine your beneficiaries, storing important documents in a safe, secure location that a trusted family member or friend knows how to access. It’s also important to establish a power of attorney to oversee you health and money in the event you are unable to.
“More Americans than ever will enter retirement age during the next 10 years and it’s important they have an estate plan in place to provide peace of mind during their golden years,” said Susan Hennes, branch manager for Citizens Bank – Kaukauna. “We are hosting this event for our clients and the public to learn what they should be thinking about as they approach retirement or if they are already retired and don’t have an estate plan in place.”
Complimentary refreshments will be served during the event. Citizens Bank staff will also be available to discuss any banking needs or questions you may have.
