Inclusion Community Center-Program Lead
We’re hiring a Full-Time Program Lead!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm (some flexibility for transportation coverage, community outings, and trainings)
Location: Kaukauna, WI
Starting Pay: $19–$22/hour (based on experience)

Position Summary
The Program Lead supports adults with disabilities through engaging, skill-building programming while providing leadership, safety oversight, and staff direction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, leading a team, and has the ability to supply solution-focused ideas in a fast paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and lead differentiated activities that support social engagement and functional skill development.

Organize and oversee group activities, adapting in real time to member needs and energy levels.

Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to staff, ensuring activities are implemented consistently and respectfully.

Support a positive, team-centered culture by communicating clearly, giving/receiving feedback professionally, and modeling strong work habits.

Monitor and support member safety at the center and in community environments; ensure safety protocols are followed by staff and members.

Assist members with personal care and feeding needs as needed, with dignity and attention to individualized needs.

Use positive behavior support and de-escalation strategies to respond to challenging situations and maintain a calm environment.

Communicate with guardians/caregivers during pick-up/drop-off and as needed to share important updates.

Attend required trainings to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Complete required documentation and communicate updates to the team/leadership as needed.

Light cleaning and end-of-shift reset to maintain a welcoming space.

Drive a company vehicle with and without members as needed (pick-ups/drop-offs and community outings).
Requirements

Ability to be flexible and adapt to change with little notice

Comfortable leading and directing others while also being coachable and able to take direction

Experience (or strong willingness to learn) activity planning and adapting activities for different ability levels

Comfortable with basic technology (email, digital documentation); Canva experience is a plus

Physically able to bend, twist, squat, and lift 30+ pounds

Ability to drive a company vehicle with and without members (must meet driving requirements)

Must pass a caregiver background check
