- Barbara Koldos: While Barbara’s colleagues at Hoffman are experts at designing and constructing buildings, her expertise is in designing and constructing relationships as a Market Development Leader. A firm believer in being a part of a community versus simply living in it - Barbara uses her gifts of communication, connectivity, passion, and collaboration to help Northeast Wisconsin through celebrating individuality, influencing positive change, and fostering the economic development process. In addition to being recognized as a Green Bay Current Young Professional Future 15, she volunteers for a variety of non-profit organizations and currently serves on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters, NEW Zoological Society, and the Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay. Barbara and her husband, Rob, live in Suamico with their two kids, Kaydee and Liam.
- Melinda Morella-Olson: Serving as the Director of Strategic Engagement for marketing firm Imaginasium, Melinda is the ultimate people-person and a self-proclaimed networking junkie. She is deeply committed to making Northeast Wisconsin the best it can be and, as such, she uses her love of meeting and learning about new people to connect them to each other and the resources to help them accomplish their goals. She applies this skillset in her role at Imaginasium, on the boards and committees in which she serves with the Chamber, NEW North and NEW Manufacturing Alliance, and as an entrepreneur with her own makeup artistry, cosmetic, and skincare business. She believes hard work, a positive attitude, and authenticity are her keys to success. A true lover of adventure and the outdoors, Melinda spends her spare time traveling and fishing with her husband, Tony, and lots of time outdoors with their furbaby, Sherlock.
