You Say Tomato, I Say Tomato: Exploring Gender Communications in the Workplace:  Men and women utilize different communications styles.  Imagine that—men and women are different!  Professional women in the workplace are often faced with the challenge of navigating these differences oftentimes without the benefit of understanding what those differences are and how they may affect their ability to engage in effective communication.  In this session, we will explore workforce composition facts, communication differences, impact on communication, and how to effectively bridge the communication gap.

Women in Management, Inc. is Wisconsin's premier professional woman’s organization. We are dedicated to professional growth, development, and success of career oriented women. Our membership is dedicated to exchanging and sharing knowledge and experiences while inspiring each other to be strong leaders in the workplace, community and home.
