Hi, I’m Amanda Ambrosius, owner of Fox Valley Bookkeeping LLC. I help small and growing businesses take control of their finances through reliable, organized, and strategic bookkeeping support.

I specialize in working with construction companies, real estate investors, property management businesses, skilled trades, and other service-based businesses that need more than basic data entry. My focus is creating accurate financials, organized workflows, and streamlined systems that help business owners make confident decisions and stay focused on growth.

With hands-on experience in both QuickBooks Online and construction accounting platforms like Viewpoint and Sage, I understand the real-world challenges businesses face with job costing, project tracking, cash flow, and keeping financial records clean and CPA-ready.

At Fox Valley Bookkeeping, I believe bookkeeping should bring clarity — not confusion. My goal is to create a professional, responsive, and supportive experience for clients while building long-term relationships based on trust and consistency.
