AEGIS Financial Lunch & Learn: Understanding Trusts

Attorney Giebel will help you better understand what a trust is and how it differs from a will. You will learn some of the benefits of having a trust, how a court probate can be avoided, and how to best protect your assets and legacy for the people and charities that you love. She will discuss some reasons you may want to consider a trust, and she will share some reasons people decide against a trust. You will leave with a better understanding of the difference between a revocable living trust and an irrevocable trust and why someone would choose one over the other.
