DESCRIPTION:Join me twice a month for Virtual Career Networking (VCN) - an engaging conversation via Zoom with business professionals who are looking to stay connected\, share a few laughs\, and expand their professional network. Participants have an opportunity to introduce themselves to the group\, ask questions and share insights about their career plans\, AND learn about topics relevant to their professional growth. \n\n\n\nJoin me on Thursday\, July 22nd for a discussion of the brand touchpoints in career search.\n\n\n\nBrand touchpoints can be defined as any interaction between a brand and its consumer. And we can carry over this definition to job seekers in a career search. While we certainly aren't selling ourselves when we are in a career search\, we ARE selling our skills and abilities and the "consumer" in this example is the company we are interviewing with\, specifically the hiring team. When we apply this analogy to our job search there are several areas when the "consumer" will interact with our brand. Most people will think of their resume and LinkedIn profile\, but there are many more brand interactions than just those two specific elements. In this session\, we'll explore some of these and discuss how to make sure all of your touchpoints are helping to reinforce your brand in a positive way.
