The site of the new facility is at 1401 E. Elm Drive in Little Chute's Industrial Park.  Ribbon cutting courtesy of the Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce will take place at 10:00 am with self-guided tours to follow.  Refreshments will be served along with the opportunity to see snow plows\, garbage trucks\, and dump trucks up close.
