DESCRIPTION:A systematic approach to incident investigation\, identification of causal factors\, and implementation of corrective actions is essential to managing an effective safety and health program. This seminar will help you determine the factors that cause preventable incidents and recommend effective corrective actions. Students will participate in mock accident exercises.This class examines accident (incident) investigation and analysis as a means to improve safety performance\, preventing injuries\, property damage and financial losses. To have an effective safety program\, you must identify and control hazards\, and investigate accidents to determine the causes in order to prevent recurrence.
