DESCRIPTION:What does your welcome mat look like?  What is your visitor preparedness strategy? These are just two of the many questions for the Heart of the Valley that will be answered through the Department of Tourism's Hospitality & Customer Service Workshop.  All of the good marketing in the world won't make a bit of difference if our customers do not have an exceptional experience.  This is clearly true for businesses\, but also for local groups sponsoring events that bring visitors here   and for the community as a "destination".  This workshop will help us be the best we can be in all of our customer interactions.\n\nDesigned in modules\, the training will be offered as a 90-minute session covering:\n\n	Bringing Fun To Life In Wisconsin \n	Fun\, Delivered: The Basics of Customer Service \n	The Fun Starts With You: Show Pride in Your Region \n	Calm Down\, Have Fun: Defusing Angry Customers \n\n The program is designed for front-line staff\, management\, business owners\, nonprofit groups\, volunteers and residents   anyone who works with the public and wants to make a positive and lasting impression with both customers and visitors.\n\nWe can't promote the Heart of the Valley Area as a FUN and INVITING destination unless we can guarantee excellent customer service in all of our interactions with guests.
